We’re hiring a Registered Manager (or an ambitious Deputy ready to step up) to join an organisation at an exciting stage of growth.
This is not a traditional 3–5 bed children’s home.
The service specialises in solo placements for young people with complex needs, including those subject to DoLS. The focus is on creating safe, highly individualised environments where young people can stabilise, feel secure, and make meaningful progress.

We’re looking for someone with:
Experience within children’s residential care
Strong safeguarding and leadership skills
Confidence managing complex/high-risk presentations
Understanding of Ofsted expectations
Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards it)
