Healthcare Trainer

£35 – £40K

We are seeking a Healthcare Trainer to deliver high-quality training to staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Care Certificate training and support staff with competency, care planning, and risk assessment.
• Provide First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), including CPR training.
• Develop and update training materials in line with current regulations and best practices.
• Assess staff competencies and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience delivering training in the care sector.
• Qualified to deliver Care Certificate and relevant training programs.
• Train the Trainer certification.
• First Aid and BLS certified.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
